Timer Problem on Starliner Test Flight

Aviation Week reports here that a timer error caused the CST-100 Starliner to fail to perform a burn.  As a result, the spacecraft will not be able to dock with the International Space Station. An update here explains that the Starliner’s clock was incorrectly set.
