Aviation Week reports here that a timer error caused the CST-100 Starliner to fail to perform a burn.  As a result, the spacecraft will not be able to dock with the International Space Station. An update here explains that the Starliner’s clock was incorrectly set.

I managed a quick visit to the Nebraska Tractor Museum at the Nebraska Tractor Test Lab.  The lab performs tests that are required for all tractors in the state of Nebraska.  The state’s prominence in agriculture makes the Test Lab the de facto standard for tractor testing.
