Today marks the 75th anniversary of the Allied invasion of Normandy. The greatest invasion force in history moved to re-establish peace in the wake of the death and destruction invoked by Hitler and Nazism. The soldiers, sailors, and Marines buried overlooking those beaches remind us of the price of freedom.
